Our Speakers

In a world that glorifies hustle, when does purpose become pressure?

We celebrate passion, grit, and purpose as fuel for success. But when that same drive begins to chip away at our energy, clarity, and well-being, we find ourselves in a

Passion Paradox.

Join us for an evening of honest reflection, bold dialogue, and community-building as we explore how to sustain ambition without sacrificing ourselves in the process.

This one-of-a-kind event brings together leaders in business, HR, innovation, and mental health to talk about performance, pressure, and what it means to thrive in today’s high-stakes world.
